"Our new orthodontic office is completely digital
for charting, photos, radiographs, financials, etc. The
possibility of losing this information is not an option for me that I
would like to experience. I've had a personal experiences of a
tape drive saying that its backup is successful only to find out that
there was a mechanical problem with the tape. This is not an
uncommon problem from what I've read either. I would suggest
Skynet, Inc for offsite backup to anyone who really care about backing
up their system. In my mind, there is no other viable option to
prevent an office fire, flood, theft, virus, etc from ruining my
business. I liked how thorough Skynet was in assuring a safe and
reliable offsight backup. They ran a test system restore to
simulate the loss of data. Although this was a safe procedure, I
was worried that something would go wrong. All of the data
restored perfectly but there were a few little bugs to work out that
were specific to my software. Skynet was able to pinpoint these
problems quickly and now I have the piece of mind that we know exactly
how to restore all of my data in the event of a total loss at my
office. This is as close to a bullet proof backup system as is
possible -- and I don't have to do a thing. Skynet has been great to work with."
