1. Signing up for Skynet's Offsite Backup service is simple. A backup specialist will visit your business or contact you to survey your backup needs. Once your critical data has been mapped out, we will configure your server or workstation to automatically backup your data on a routine basis. We personally want to make sure you have the best backup solution and experience for your business.
2. Once complete, we will install a tiny scheduling program on your server or workstation to securely transfer your backed up data to an offsite storage location at Skynet, Inc. Skynet routinely checks to make sure all transfers are secure, and successful.
3. In the event of a system failure, and data restoration is required, Skynet will transfer your backed up files at no additional charge. If you need help from a hard drive failure, where additional help and services are required beyond online data transfers, Skynet can help you rebuild your server or workstation in a short amount of time. A small consulting fee of $85/hour may apply for catastrophic data restorations.
